Here's the latest... ...update from Russia: "The system" is slowing to even more of a crawl in the Sverdlovsk region as the judges take their vacations and change priorities to focus on elections, putting foreign adoptions at the bottom of their list. Our agency director now won't even begin to speculate as to how long the process will take to complete.
