So what happened on Primetime? There was no sign of the much-ballyhooed international adoption segment which we heard was going to air tonight. Was its scheduled airing the product of a baseless web rumor? Did a slew of e-mails to ABC kill the segment or at least convince them to take some time to apply some polish (such as relevant facts) to it? Stay tuned, we'll try to find out what happened.

Blogger's Postscript: Other postings around the 'net indicate that the Primetime story is actually scheduled to air on December 1. So much for reliable sources. We'll see what happens in two weeks...  ¶ 10:45 PM
